A free dental van service for seniors 55 and older living in Des Moines and Normandy Park. Basic dental care will be offered for patients who have no dental insurance or are low income. Medical Teams International will provide the dental van, dentist and a dental hygienist. Applications must be submitted prior to appointments for screening.

Understanding Dynamics of DV from a Victim's Perspective
Presented by NW Family Life
Cost: $350 for all 4 days.
Second Half: Friday and Saturday, May 30th and 31st
This 4 day, 30 hour training looks at abuse as experienced by DV survivors and helps you to understand their journey to find hope and healing. The training will be led by Ward Urion, the director of NW Family Life.

This thirty hour training qualifies as three CEU's through NBCC. NWFL is provider #6300.
This training also fulfills some of the requirements of the Washington State Administration Code for meeting the domestic violence perpetrator teatment program standards (WAC 388-60).
