Family Law and Domestic Violence in King County - This issue paper is about survivors’ experiences with the family law system in King County, WA. The findings in the paper were drawn from several focus groups of both survivors and providers who work within the family law system.
Parenting Evalulation Practice Guide – Domestic Violence, Parenting Evaluations and Parenting Plans: Practice Guide for Parenting Evaluators in Family Court Proceedings – This practice guide was developed by Dr. Anne Ganley as part of a project coordinated by the King County Coalition against Domestic Violence (KCCADV), and funded by the City of Seattle. The goal of the project is to assist parenting evaluators in King County to more effectively and consistently integrate an understanding of domestic violence into their practice.
